A popular option for many of our small business customers is to purchase a block of support time with us, such as one day (7 hours), which can be used either over the telephone or through an onsite visit from one of our technicians. If onsite help is required, we aim to have someone with you within one working day, and your issue will become a priority to us over other customers without pre-purchased support.
